iPhone 18 Pro Dynamic Island to Shrink, Add Third Live Activity

Apple's upcoming iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max will feature a narrower, improved Dynamic Island. According to Mark Gurman from Bloomberg, this design allows users to toggle between three simultaneous Live Activities, increasing the capacity from the previous two-task limit. A leaked video from pdfu demonstrates this feature within the iOS 27 simulator. The new mode requires a sensor region under 16.57 mm, while the overall aesthetic remains similar to the iPhone 17 Pro.
