Trump Wants to Give Away a Piece of Yosemite National Park

President Trump intends to transfer a portion of Yosemite National Park to Kingsbarn Realty Capital, a Nevada-based real estate developer. The proposal involves a parcel approximately 0.25 miles long, which the National Park Service would provide as land or an easement. In return, the government would receive California land of equal value. The developer seeks this access to connect its existing 83-acre property, located outside park boundaries, to a road near the park's sequoia trees.
