Florida man charged with attempted murder, accused of turning off air supply of submerged teen diver

A former Florida boating safety task force member faces attempted second-degree murder charges for allegedly disabling the air supply of a submerged teenage lobster diver. Separately, an Illinois teenager wearing a clown outfit has been charged with the murder of 78-year-old John Wesley Allen. Officials state the suspect had the intent to kill Allen, who was stabbed at a bus stop in East St. Louis. Both cases involve severe criminal allegations currently under legal process.
