Fernando Mendoza throws first TD in Raiders debut with the second team

The Las Vegas Raiders lost their preseason opener 27-14 to the Arizona Cardinals at Allegiant Stadium. Rookie quarterback and first overall pick Fernando Mendoza made his debut, completing 10 of 16 passes for 97 yards.
