‘Joker’ producer snared in massive $100M Hollywood scheme — as his alleged dirty tricks are exposed

Jason Cloth, a 60-year-old Beverly Hills financier and executive producer for Creative Wealth Media, has been arrested in LA. A federal grand jury in Chicago unsealed an indictment charging Cloth with seven counts of wire fraud. The U.S. Department of Justice alleges that Cloth orchestrated a massive, years-long financial scheme that defrauded investors of more than $100 million. Cloth is credited with backing major box-office hits, including the Oscar-winning film Joker, before these allegations emerged.
