JCars Logistics: From Raw Data to Actionable Insights Using Power BI

JCars Logistics, a Kenyan vehicle sales and logistics company with a Nairobi main yard and seven branches, utilizes Power BI to transform raw data into actionable insights. Using a CSV dataset with 32 columns per order, the project implements a full BI workflow including data investigation, cleaning, and transformation. This interactive solution analyzes sales performance, profitability, and logistics operations across various customer types, including government bodies and NGOs, to identify business patterns and improve operational decision-making.
