JD Vance says he thinks Trump would endorse him if he ran for president

Vice President Vance stated on Monday that he believes President Trump would endorse him if he sought the GOP presidential nomination in 2028. While speculating on a potential bid, Vance noted the importance of candidates running their own race. He clarified that he has not discussed the matter with Trump, acknowledging that the President sometimes allows a race to play out naturally to observe the results before offering an official endorsement to any specific candidate.
