Jim Clyburn calls to expand the Supreme Court to ‘a baker’s dozen’

Representative James Clyburn of South Carolina has called for the expansion of the Supreme Court from nine to 13 justices. During an interview on Meet the Press with Kristen Welker, Clyburn stated that 13 is a good number for the court. He emphasized that these additional justices should follow the constitutional underpinnings of America. Clyburn also confirmed his agreement with former Vice President Kamala Harris regarding the necessity of expanding the nation's highest court.
