In Lincoln County, visitors gathered at the Buffalo Bill Ranch State Historical Park for a candlelight tour of the Cody mansion to learn about Louisa Cody and her maid. Separately, individuals including Chris Siegley, Joann Proxell, Mary Brasher, Bob Brasher, and Elaine Wralner waited outside the Mother Lode Theatre. The group assembled to listen to a presentation by the former U.S. Secretary of Transportation, Pete Buttigieg, during his visit to the area.
