Lindsay Clancy jury goes home without reaching verdict on Day 5 of deliberations

The jury in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial remained deadlocked after a fifth day of deliberations on Wednesday. For a second time, jurors informed the judge they could not agree on whether the 36-year-old Massachusetts mother is criminally responsible for killing her three children. Due to the stalemate, the judge provided special instructions as mistrial concerns increased. The jury is scheduled to return for a sixth day of deliberations to attempt to reach a final verdict.
