Vehicle sought following 'trooper-involved' shooting along I-65 in Kentucky

Authorities in Kentucky are searching for a vehicle after a trooper-involved shooting occurred along I-65 in Warren County. The incident resulted in the death of Trooper Hayden Phillips, a graduate of Cadet Class 103 assigned to Post 3.
