Kubuntu 26.04 — Customizing KDE Plasma

Kubuntu 26.04 allows extensive customization of the KDE Plasma window manager and the konsole terminal emulator. For the Plasma panel, recommended settings include a top position and a height of 30 pixels to improve UI ergonomy. Regarding konsole, users can create a custom profile featuring Black on White appearance, modified mouse text interaction, and disabled hover color previews. Additionally, terminal bell mode should be set to ignore events, with notification popups disabled for non-focused sessions.
