Recently sold residential properties in Hoboken area: Aug. 3 to 9

Residential property transfers from early August show varied activity across several areas. Hoboken and Brick recorded the highest volume with 33 transactions each, while New Brunswick had the lowest with six. Median sale prices ranged significantly, from $380,000 in Winslow to $970,000 in Hoboken. Other notable median sales occurred in Elizabeth at $710,000 and Paterson at $721,000. Total transactions were also reported for Ewing, Parsippany-Troy Hills, Woodbridge, Kearny, Newark, South Brunswick, and Lakewood.
