Body of 5-year-old girl who was swept out to sea at California’s Laguna Beach is found

California officials recovered the body of a five-year-old girl on Thursday after she was swept into the ocean at Treasure Island Beach in Orange County. The incident occurred Tuesday evening when a wave engulfed the girl, her mother, and her brother. While the mother and brother were successfully rescued from the turbulent waters, the child remained missing until the recovery.
