Lincoln County man sentenced for child sexual abuse

A Lincoln County man was sentenced Tuesday for capturing sexually explicit photographs of several young boys nearly ten years ago. Simultaneously, the Schenectady County District Attorney's Office announced that Charles Butler III of Duanesburg received a 21-year prison sentence on October 16. This sentencing follows a sex crime case involving a child victim. Both legal actions address serious offenses of child sexual abuse within their respective New York State jurisdictions during recent court proceedings.
