Holdout juror in Clancy trial didn’t have ‘any doubts’ that she was responsible for killing her kids

Michael P. Desronvil, the lone holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy triple murder trial, has broken his silence. Through his attorney, Edward Paltzik, Desronvil stated he had no doubts regarding Clancy's guilt but felt other jurors refused to listen to him. Following the declaration of a mistrial, Paltzik praised the 48-year-old as a champion of justice and an American hero for his refusal to reach a verdict that contradicted his certainty of her responsibility.
