Historical records highlight the Little King storefront and its operations in Old Market. In March 1982, Sid Wertheim and Manager Patty Bass inspected a submarine loaf. By July 1992, Jerry Kraus, Erin Phillips, and Sheena Kraus dined there before visiting the Henry Doorly Zoo. Additionally, a rendering shows that a sculpture titled Inside & Out by glass artist Dale Chihuly will be installed in the glass-enclosed lobby of the Saxena Health Center at 42nd and Farnam Streets.
