Lockheed Martin tests new Kodiak containerized launcher

Lockheed Martin has achieved several milestones in missile technology. The company successfully conducted a live-fire test of its Kodiak containerized launcher using a Reduced-Range Practice Rocket. Additionally, the GRIZZLY containerized launcher is now declared production-ready for enhanced mobility. In space defense, a static-fire test of the Next Generation Interceptor Stage 2 motor, built by L3Harris Technologies, was completed. Furthermore, the Missile Defense Agency awarded a $211.4 million contract for Configuration 3 THAAD launchers for the UAE.
