Louise Pedersen, CEO Of ‘The Traitors’ Distributor All3Media International, Exits After Banijay Merger; Cathy Payne Confirmed As Banijay Rights Sales Chief

Banijay Entertainment has appointed Cathy Payne to lead its combined global distribution business following the completion of an $8 billion merger with All3Media. Payne, currently CEO of Banijay Rights, will manage the integrated unit merging Banijay Rights and All3Media International. Meanwhile, Louise Pedersen, the CEO of All3Media International and distributor of ‘The Traitors’, is stepping down from her position as the deal between Banijay and RedBird IMI’s All3 assets officially closes for the company.
