Police issue missing person advisory for 10-year-old north St. Louis County girl

Law enforcement agencies are reporting two separate missing child incidents. In north St. Louis County, police issued an advisory for 10-year-old Chylie Windston, who walked away from her residence at 6:10 a.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, in South Carolina, 5-year-old Saylor Hayes was found dead after wandering away from a rental home in Pawleys Island. The Georgetown County Sheriff s Office reported that Hayes was last seen in Hagley Estates on Sunday, August 30.
