Man accused of stealing motorcycle in Concord arrested

Law enforcement agencies reported two separate theft incidents. In Concord, the Concord Police Department arrested a man for stealing a motorcycle on September 28, later releasing body camera footage of the apprehension. Meanwhile, in Southwest Miami-Dade, an armed individual entered a smoke shop intending to steal cigarettes but instead took the tip jar. Surveillance video from Fumar captured the incident. Both cases involved police interventions following the theft of personal and business property.
