Buffalo man arrested for exposure at Amherst park

Law enforcement agencies reported two separate incidents at parks. Meanwhile, the Orange Police Department arrested a 30-year-old man following a fatal shooting at Hart Park in Orange County. Officers discovered the victim deceased at the scene before chasing and apprehending the suspect on Tuesday night.
