Raleigh police investigate deadly hit-and-run on I-40

Aldwin Jackson, 30, was arrested on Friday regarding a fatal hit-and-run incident that occurred on April 16 in Highview, Louisville. The victim of the crash was identified as 27-year-old Adam Troutman. Separately, the Raleigh police are currently conducting an investigation into another deadly hit-and-run accident that took place on I-40. Both cases involve law enforcement efforts to resolve violent traffic incidents resulting in fatalities across different jurisdictions in the United States.
