2 shot outside hookah lounge in Southwest Philadelphia, police say

Recent violent incidents have been reported across several cities. In Southwest Philadelphia, two individuals were shot outside a hookah lounge. A woman was shot while inside a vehicle in North Braddock. In Chicago, police report two separate fatal shootings: one man in Lawndale and one woman outside a West Side hot dog stand. Additionally, a Garfield Heights resident died in a hit-and-run crash while walking on I-90 in Bratenahl around 2:30 a.m. Sunday.
