Suspect in Chucky-style mask wanted for assault in Philadelphia after chasing jogger

Philadelphia police are seeking a man who wore a Chucky-style horror mask to terrorize people near City Hall. The suspect allegedly chased a woman and threatened at least a half dozen individuals, asking one victim if she was ready to die. While the suspect made threatening comments and chased a jogger, one targeted woman stated he did not seem to have a specific goal. Officials have asked the public for assistance in locating the assault suspect.
