$1M warrant issued in Southern California crash that killed 2 teen girls

Authorities have issued a $1 million arrest warrant for 50-year-old Terry Lamar Easter following a fatal hit-and-run crash in Victorville that killed two teenage girls on August 14. Separately, 33-year-old Samuel Matthew Rocha from Port Hueneme pleaded guilty to second-degree murder. Rocha used his vehicle to strike a group of teenage bicyclists in 2021, resulting in one death and injuries to four other minors, as confirmed by the Ventura County District Attorney's Office.
