‘Monster’ illegal immigrant charged with sexually assaulting, murdering 2-year-old girl

Authorities have charged an illegal immigrant with the sexual assault and murder of a two-year-old girl in Virginia, described by Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis as a monster. Separately, Dothan police announced charges against Desmi Archimedes-Martinez Flowers. The individual faces two counts of sexual torture, three counts of sodomy, and two counts of sex abuse of a child.
