Manchester Police ceremony

Chief Peter Marr led a Manchester Police Department ceremony for promotions, swearing-in, and awards. Detective Haley Metz was awarded the Honorable Service Medal for her efforts in a sexual abuse case. The event included the swearing-in of Capt. Derek Cataldo and new officers Fernando Caridade, Jonah Samuelson, Ryan Donahue, and Lucas Zoellick. The proceedings were held at the Manchester Police Athletic League/Officer Michael Briggs facility to honor personnel and welcome new members to the force.
