Matt Damon Is In Fortnite Now, But He Was Almost In His Own Game Way Earlier

Fortnite is introducing skins based on Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey, featuring Matt Damon as Odysseus. This marks the actor's first official video game likeness. Previously, in 2008, Damon almost reprised his Jason Bourne role for The Bourne Conspiracy. Despite being offered a bunch of money for the project, he declined the opportunity because the developers would not make the game more like Myst, as revealed during a 2021 interview on Hot Ones with Sean Evans.
