Rep. Max Miller’s Ex-Wife Sues Him For Allegedly Releasing Nude Image Of Their 2-Year-Old

Emily Moreno, the ex-wife of GOP lawmaker Max Miller, has filed a civil rights action in an Ohio court. The lawsuit alleges that the 37-year-old Republican congressman and his attorney, Aaron Minc, recklessly distributed a nude photograph of their 2-year-old daughter via a Dropbox link, which remained online for 23 hours. Additionally, Miller has faced calls for resignation from fellow Republicans following separate allegations of domestic violence involving his former spouse during their relationship.
