Mergetober: keeping an agent in sync with a Sanity CMS, with cognee

For Mergetober, new connectors for cognee were developed to integrate HubSpot, Zendesk, and Sanity. The HubSpot connector syncs contacts, deals, and tickets while managing deletions. The Zendesk connector allows agents to answer queries using historical support tickets and Help Center articles. Additionally, the Sanity connector ensures AI agents stay synchronized with published knowledge, updating answers when articles are edited or unpublished. These tools enable agents to maintain accurate, real-time relationships across CRM, support, and CMS platforms.
