NVIDIA has launched Nemotron 3.5 Lightning, a 30B open MoE with 3B active parameters, alongside the NeMo Switchyard model router to optimize enterprise AI agent execution. Simultaneously, Meta released Muse Glimmer, an open-weights language model featuring 30B parameters designed to run on personal computers. Mark Zuckerberg also published an essay regarding AI risks and open-source regulations, while Meta announced the upcoming open-weight release of its flagship Muse Spark 1.2 model in the following weeks.
