Meta Now Lets Anyone Generate AI Images With Your Instagram Posts, but You Can Stop It

Meta has launched the Muse Image tool, which allows users to remix public Instagram photos using AI without notifying the original creators. Under Meta's policy, maintaining a public Instagram profile is viewed as consent for the AI to use a person's likeness. While the tool enables strangers to generate new images from existing posts, Meta provides an option for users to opt out of this process to prevent their content from being utilized.
