Metal band goes literal with ‘wild’ new album - and only 170 fans can get it

A Grammy-winning metal band has collaborated with a college geology department to release a literal interpretation of a wild new album. This unique partnership between the music group and the academic institution has resulted in a highly limited edition release. Consequently, only 170 fans are able to obtain a copy of the record. The project merges the elements of heavy metal music with geological science to create an exclusive experience for a small number of listeners.
