Brazil stocks lower at close of trade; Bovespa down 0.36%

Stock markets across four nations closed lower. In Brazil, the Bovespa decreased by 0.36%, while the MOEX Russia Index in Russia saw a significant drop of 2.68%. Colombia's COLCAP also declined, finishing down 0.29%. Similarly, Mexico's S&P/BMV IPC ended the trading session lower with a decrease of 0.17%.
