Microsoft cuts OneDrive support for older Windows 10 versions next month

Microsoft will end OneDrive synchronization support for Windows 10 versions prior to 22H2 on August 15. Users on these older builds will no longer receive security patches, bug fixes, or sync app updates. Although the service might not stop working immediately, Microsoft states that future functionality is not guaranteed. Support for Windows 10 22H2 continues until 2028, and users may also transition to Windows 11 to ensure continued synchronization and system stability.
