Developers will control pricing and Game Pass availability. Additionally, a disc-to-digital program will provide transferable digital licenses for physical discs. Meanwhile, the full launch of original Xbox games on PC is scheduled for October 2026. These initiatives aim to expand backward compatibility across various platforms and hardware devices.
