GOP senator calls Max Miller allegations ‘deeply troubling’

Senator Jim Banks described allegations of domestic abuse against GOP Rep. Max Miller as deeply troubling, stating the lawmaker should resign if the accusations are true. Senator Banks further suggested Miller should end his re-election bid. Additionally, Senators Jon Husted, Tim Sheehy, and Roger Marshall have joined the calls for the northeast Ohio representative to quit his position. These GOP officials maintain that resignation is the necessary outcome should the reported abuse allegations be proven true.
