10 most expensive homes sold in Salem County, Aug. 17-23

During the week of August 17-23, the most expensive residential real estate sales in Salem County and Mercer County were recorded. In Salem County, a single-family home located in Elmer topped the list with a sale price of $715,000. Meanwhile, in Mercer County, the highest sale was a single-family home in Princeton, which sold for $2.35 million. Both properties represented the peak of their respective local markets for that specific seven-day period.
