Motorcyclist, 17, critically hurt in hit-and-run crash in Moiliili

Honolulu police reported two separate hit-and-run incidents. A 17-year-old motorcyclist was critically injured after being struck by a driver on South King Street in Moiliili on Saturday night. In another crash, a man using a motorized wheelchair was killed. Investigators believe the vehicle involved in the fatal accident is an early 2000 Chrysler PT Cruiser, which is described as having a missing headlight and damage to the front passenger side of the car.
