Two men to file wrongful arrest lawsuit over Nancy Guthrie disappearance case

Two men detained during the initial investigation into the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie, mother of Today show host Savannah Guthrie, plan to file a $3.25m wrongful arrest lawsuit against the Pima County Sheriff’s Office. Nancy Guthrie, 84, vanished from her Tucson, Arizona, home on 1 February. Despite FBI involvement and evidence of blood spatters, no suspects have emerged after six months. Sheriff Chris Nanos stated a judge approved the probable cause warrant for Carlos Palazuelos.
