Navy establishes new defense industrial base office: Cao

Hung Cao has appointed Andrew Magliochetti as the first deputy assistant secretary of the Navy for the defense industrial base. Magliochetti, who previously served as the director of the Navy’s Office of Small Business Programs, will now oversee the newly established Office of the Defense Industrial Base. This move marks the formal creation of the office, placing a civilian leader in charge of managing the Navy's strategic industrial base and its associated defense infrastructure requirements.
