Neighbors try to secure abandoned St. Louis hospital

On Wednesday, August 12, 2026, Matthew Stanley worked to secure the abandoned South City/St. Alexius Hospital in St. Louis. Stanley, whose residence and Airbnb abut the parking lot, installed security cameras on both the interior and exterior of the vacant property.
