Netflix’s Jinny Howe Restructures UCAN Scripted Operation By Genre, Ups Cole Galvin To VP

Jinny Howe, Head of UCAN Scripted Series at Netflix, is restructuring the division into genre-specific pods. This reorganization follows mass layoffs at the streamer. Key personnel changes include the promotion of Cole Galvin from Director to VP and Neil Thomas to Director. Howe has overseen the U.S.-Canada scripted operation for nearly fourteen months. The new structure aims to divide the scripted series team into specialized pods to better manage content production and development across the region.
