Alibaba researchers developed SkillWeaver, a framework designed to manage complex workflows by creating execution graphs to select appropriate skills for task nodes. It utilizes Skill-Aware Decomposition, a novel technique employing a feedback loop for iterative tool fetching and vetting. This approach prevents agent confusion when handling hundreds of tools, reducing token consumption by over 99%.
