New banner program honors legends in downtown St. Louis

Downtown St. Louis launched the St. Louis City of Legends banner program on Wednesday, partnering with Greater St. Louis Inc. and Contemporary Productions to honor influential celebrities and businesses. Simultaneously, in Forest Park on October 21, 2026, Keith Powell applied an anti-graffiti coat to the mural titled Victory in St. Louis. This artwork, created by artist Joseph Mueller, is located on the east exterior wall of the racquetball courts, ensuring the preservation of this local artistic landmark.
