Nick Wingfield Promoted to Co-Executive Editor of The Information

The Information has announced three major editorial promotions, including Nick Wingfield, who is now Co-Executive Editor. Wingfield, who joined the outlet eight years ago after tenures at the New York Times and Wall Street Journal, will ensure high reporting standards and oversee growth. This leadership reshuffle occurs as Martin Peers steps down from his current role to remain as editor-at-large. These changes aim to recognize newsroom achievements and prepare the tech news outlet for future expansion.
