Noah Wyle Named People’s 2026 Sexiest Man Alive

Noah Wyle has been officially named People’s Sexiest Man Alive for 2026. First known for playing doctor John Carter on NBC’s ER alongside George Clooney and Anthony Edwards, Wyle is now recognized for his smoldering intensity and leading-man looks. People Magazine also highlighted that the married father enjoys doing the dishes. This marks the first time Wyle has received this title after appearing on television screens since 1994 in the medical drama series.
