NVIDIA NVLink Fusion Expands With NVHBM Custom High-Bandwidth Memory

NVIDIA has introduced NVHBM, a custom high-bandwidth memory implementation designed for the NVLink Fusion partner program. This technology targets trillion-parameter workloads and AI agents by integrating compute, memory, storage, networking, and software into a unified system. Compared to commodity HBM4e, NVHBM offers 30% higher bandwidth and 15% lower power consumption. The custom base die and PHY will be available to partners, enabling hyperscalers and AI innovators to build next-generation infrastructure for evolving AI demands.
