NVIDIA's RTX 50 Super GPUs Reportedly Reach Partners But There's A Major Hurdle

NVIDIA has reportedly shipped GeForce RTX 50 Super silicon to AIB partners, as evidenced by appearances on Seasonic's PSU calculator. However, the official release remains on hold by NVIDIA headquarters. The primary obstacle is a shortage of GDDR7 memory chips. These GPUs were planned to feature denser GDDR7 modules with 3 GB capacity per chip, which would have increased the memory configurations for the standard GeForce RTX 5070 and RTX 5070 Ti models.
